Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Illawarra Window Furnishings' website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Illawarra Window Furnishings' website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Quotes and Orders

All quotes provided by Illawarra Window Furnishings are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Prices quoted include GST.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and process your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.

Measurements taken during consultations are for quotation purposes only. Final measurements will be confirmed prior to manufacturing.

Installation and Delivery

Installation timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, manufacturing times, and scheduling availability.

Illawarra Window Furnishings will take all reasonable care during installation; however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to concealed electrical wiring, water pipes, or other hidden services that were not brought to our attention prior to installation.

The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access to installation areas, including moving furniture and personal items as required.

Warranty

All products supplied by Illawarra Window Furnishings come with warranties as specified per product. These warranties cover manufacturing defects and operational failure under normal use conditions.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover any issues arising from improper installation if not installed by our technicians.

Any modifications made to products after installation without our written consent will void the warranty.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement without penalty. Cancellations after this period but before manufacturing has commenced will incur a 10% administration fee.

Orders canceled after manufacturing has commenced are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value.
